How can I register as a SPOILED CLUB member?
Click on the [Register] link and complete the form to create your account. Once your account is created, you will immediately enjoy our membership privileges such as discounts and access to exclusive, limited-edition products.
Becoming a member also saves you time at checkout, as you can securely store your payment and shipping information on our website.

How to Place an Order

Orders are processed as follows:
Step 1: Search for the product.
Step 2: Add the product to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with your registered ID or choose to checkout as a guest.
Step 4: Fill out the order form.
Step 5: Proceed to payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and confirm your order number.

Shipping

Please note that some products may require additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order will be shipped only after your payment has been approved. Please contact our Customer Service Center if you wish to request an exchange or return.

For domestic orders within Vietnam:

  • Shipping takes approximately 7-14  business days (for items in stock).
  • Shipping may take longer for certain items.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Requirements:

Please note that we accept returns and color exchanges for eligible products. Refunds will be issued once the returned product passes our inspection.

  1. An item is eligible for cancellation if:
  • You submit a return request within 24 hours of payment, and your order is still in “Pending” status (if your order status is “Ready to Ship,” please contact our Customer Service Center); or
  • The order is delayed by more than 10 days after payment and you have not received any delay notification; or
  • The ordered item is out of stock.
  1. We accept returns if the issue is caused by the store, such as:
  • You received a different product from your order; or
  • You received a defective product.

Return Instructions:
(1) Submit a return request through our Return Forum within 2 days of receiving your item. Please attach a photo of the received item and include the product code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will contact you via email to assist.
(3) Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and user ID.

Please note: Returns are ONLY accepted if you have followed the above instructions and your return request has been approved by our staff. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Even defective or incorrect items must be returned with all original tags and labels intact. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Please include all original package contents and any free gifts (if applicable) when returning your item.

Return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items will be covered or refunded.

  1. Returns will NOT be accepted if:
  • You are returning due to a change of mind (regarding size, color, etc.)
  • You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
  • The product was damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Your return request was not approved by our staff

The following items are NOT considered defects:

  • Items originally produced without tags or labels
  • Items with wrinkles caused during shipping
  • Items with minor finishing imperfections due to mass production
  1. If an item is missing from your order:
  • Contact our Customer Service Center via the forum within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please retain all original packaging materials (box, plastic bags, etc.) until further instructions are given.

Please note: We may not be able to process a refund for missing items if original packaging materials are lost or damaged.

Refunds

It takes 3–5 business days to process refunds for returned or canceled orders.
Please note that depending on your credit card issuer’s billing schedule, the refund may not reflect until your next billing cycle.

Other

Repair Services:
SPOILED does not offer repair services for products that were not directly purchased from official SPOILED sources or cannot be verified.
However, we may assist with repair services within Vietnam. If you reside or are currently in Vietnam, please contact our Customer Service Center via email.

The SPOILED Customer Service team may request photos and your order number to verify your purchase before proceeding.

Reward Points for Purchases:
Reward points equivalent to 1% of your order value will be credited to your account 20 days after delivery, once the return or exchange period has passed. After this period, you are free to use your available reward points.

Reward Points Cancellation:
Pending reward points from orders will automatically be canceled if the associated order is canceled or returned.
Your reward points will also be canceled if you close your account.
Additionally, your reward points will expire if no new points are earned within a three-year period.
