RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At the Store

  • Customers must check the product carefully before making payment.
  • No exchanges are accepted for in-store purchases.

Online and E-commerce Platforms

  • Exchanges accepted within 2 days from receipt date (based on shipping information).
  • Eligible for exchange if product has manufacturing defects such as:
    • Loose threads
    • Defective handles
    • Zipper issues
    • Broken hardware
    • Cracked or peeling leather
    • Missing studs

Note for Glossy Leather Products:

  • Minor effects like “cat’s paw marks” or slight creases are normal.
  • Only exchanges for punctures or significant peeling on glossy leather are accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • No dents, scratches, or damages.
  • All accessories must be intact.

How to Exchange

  • Option 1: Bring the product directly to a SPOILED store for inspection.
  • Option 2: (For customers outside Ho Chi Minh city)
    1. Message SPOILED via Facebook (SPOILED) or Instagram (spoiled___official).
    2. Send photos and videos of the product.
    3. Pack the product carefully and ship it back.

Shipping Fees

  • SPOILED covers 2-way shipping if:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Manufacturing defects (scratches, dents, deformation)
  • Customers cover 2-way shipping for:
    • Voluntary exchanges (size, color change, etc.)

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

General Note:

  • Do NOT machine wash leather or fabric bags (except canvas bags, which can be hand-washed).
  • Proper care maintains product shape and durability.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Returns are only accepted if procedures are followed and approved in advance.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Missing packaging materials may affect refund eligibility.
  • Refunds for returned/canceled orders will take 3–5 business days to process.
